Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an effective, evidence-based, and scientifically researched method for reducing physical and psychological stress, while building resilience, balance, and peace of mind. Through mindfulness techniques like meditation, yoga, and reflection on regular stressors, participants in MBSR courses learn methods of managing stress, navigating challenges in life, mindful communication, mindful eating, and many other practices you can learn and utilize on your own. Our MBSR instructor, Josh Olinger, is a Level 1 Qualified MBSR Teacher through Brown University and has been practicing mindfulness techniques for 7 years.

Life Coaching

Receive Life Coaching with Kelly Haught (Certified Life Coach & LPC). Life coaching is a partnership where a coach helps you clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create action plans for personal or professional growth, focusing on the present and future. Life Coaches act as guides and motivators, helping you build confidence, develop skills, stay accountable, and make lasting changes to achieve your full potential in areas like career, relationships, health, and well-being. Kelly has over 20 years of experience working with individuals struggling with depressed and anxious moods, stress management needs, diversity related difficulties, unhealthy coping strategies and negative thinking of self.

Meet with Joella Audia Peirce (Master of Curriculum & Instruction & Master of Community Counseling) to explore resources and tools that can help adults and children with general wellness and stress management. Joella has over 40 years of experience providing community counseling and education services to adults, youth, and people living with learning disabilities. She has assisted  countless people in achieving stress management and through her extensive experience she has a deep knowledge of many resources and referrals to offer.
